📦 SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time:
All our t-shirts are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production.
Shipping Time (USA):
Once your order is fulfilled, estimated delivery is:
- USA: 3–5 business days
- International: 5–20 business days (depending on location)
Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update.
🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Since all items are made to order via Printful, we do not accept returns due to size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
However, we will gladly replace items that are:
- Misprinted
- Damaged
- Defective
- Lost in transit
To request a replacement, email us at support@mytishert.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include:
A short description
A photo of the issue
Order number
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
